Rites of Passage: He has graced the bars of several premier watering holes around the glittering beaches of Miami including the Florida Room at the Delano Hotel, Table 8, the Settai, 8oz and the pop up bar, the Broken Shaker. Paul has consulted on beverage programs for high profile clients such as GHM Americas hotel Group, Morgan’s Hotel Group, Table 8 Restaurant Group, and OSI Restaurants.

Honors, Accolades and General Moments of Infamy: Paul's talents go far beyond the weekend rush at the best Miami hotspots.  He was a Cherry Heering World Cocktail Competition 2009 US top finalist, combining innovative cocktails with fashion forward designs. He has won several mixology championships including the First Annual Svedka Master Mixology Competition 2010,  the 2010 42 Below World Cup Champion and he was named the Bombay Sapphire/GQ Most Inspired Bartender for 2010. He has also been featured on NBC South Florida Today, The Miami Herald, Travel and Leisure, and Dine Magazine.

Brian, a former musician, discovered his true passion when he founded The Noble Rot, an underground supper club dedicated to all things great to eat, drink and discover.  Though largely self-taught in cocktails, Brian was also trained in proper techniques by bartenders in the Little Branch and Milk & Honey families in NYC. Lynnette has a decorated career, working at some of the most respected and innovative watering holes in New York City.  A 2009 James Beard Awards honoree,  Lynnette founded LUPEC NYC an organization committed to promoting female bartenders and supporting women’s-based charities.  She also co-created Speed Rack, a national cocktail competition for women bartenders that helps gain awareness for the plethora of female talent in the industry, while raising money for breast cancer awareness.

Talia Baiocchi is the Editor in Chief of PUNCH and the author of the forthcoming book Sherry. She was the first-ever wine editor at Eater, a former columnist at Wine Spectator, and a well published writer for various foodie magazines. She has a degree in journalism and political science from New York University and has been featured in numerous publications, including Forbes as a member of the magazine’s 2013 “30 under 30” list.

Leslie Pariseau is the Deputy Editor of PUNCH. She has written about food, drinks and people for GQ, Esquire and Saveur among others. In her former life, Leslie worked for Momofuku Ssäm Bar, reported at the United Nations and dropped out of grad school to become a professional drinker.
